1. Overview of the Free Website Offer

TeamAir AI offers a professional website build at no upfront cost. The website is designed, built, and launched free of charge. In exchange, you agree to host your website with TeamAir AI on our managed cloud servers at our standard Managed Website Plan rate of $59 per month. Hosting billing begins only after your website is approved and goes live. This agreement outlines the terms of the free build, what is included, what is not included, and the hosting relationship.

2. Survey-Based Process

The free website build is entirely survey-driven. When you apply, you will:

• Choose one of three approved website models: Lead-Getter, Appointment Pro, or Local Trust Builder
• Select from the available color palettes and font options for your chosen model
• Provide your business content, logo, and images through the survey or by email

Outside inspiration websites, custom design exploration, and extended discovery meetings are not part of the free offer. The fixed choices and standardized process are what allow us to deliver professional websites at no upfront cost. If you require custom design work, inspiration-based design, or strategy sessions, those are available as paid add-ons.

3. What Is Included

Your free professional website build includes:

• One selected website model (Lead-Getter, Appointment Pro, or Local Trust Builder) customized with your branding
• Your business logo, content, and basic business information integrated into the design
• Contact details and call-to-action elements appropriate to your chosen model
• Up to 3 customer-provided images for regular website use, when applicable
• An optional initial-build work gallery of up to 6 real customer-provided photos of completed work, separate from the regular images. The gallery may use individual photos or up to 3 complete Before and After pairs. Captions are optional. Only photos you select and supply for the initial build are included. You confirm you own the photos or have permission to use and display them publicly on your website.
• Two basic pre-launch revision rounds within the selected website structure
• Website launch on TeamAir AI managed cloud hosting
• SSL security, daily backups, performance monitoring, and uptime monitoring

4. Revisions

Two basic pre-launch revision rounds are included within the selected website structure. Basic revisions cover:

• Replacing an existing regular website image or an already-submitted work-gallery photo within the selected website structure
• Editing wording or existing copy, including an existing work-gallery caption
• Replacing the logo
• Minor corrections inside the selected website structure

Basic revisions do not include adding new content or assets, including additional regular website images, new pages, new sections, or new services. The optional work gallery is included only as selected and supplied for the initial build. Within the two pre-launch rounds, you may replace an already-submitted gallery photo or edit its existing caption. Adding gallery photos, pairs, or other content not included in the initial submission, including content beyond the six-photo allowance, is outside the included scope and requires a separate quote. Any gallery changes after launch, including photo replacements or caption edits, are outside the included scope and require a separate quote. Basic revisions also do not include major layout changes, changing the selected model or theme after production starts, new features, integrations, custom development, or extra revision rounds.

Additional requests require extra build time and a separately quoted fee because the free website service has a defined scope. Email hello@teamairai.website for a custom quote based on the requested additions. No additional work begins, and no fee is charged, until you approve the quote.

5. What Is Not Included

The following are not included in the free website build and are available as separately quoted paid services:

• Ongoing website edits and content updates after launch, including any work-gallery changes
• New content or assets beyond the initial build scope, including additional regular website images, new work-gallery photos or items not submitted for the initial build, and any gallery content beyond the six-photo allowance
• Additional pages, sections, or services beyond the selected website structure
• Major layout changes, custom design work, or design exploration outside the approved models
• Changing the selected model or theme after production starts
• New features, integrations, custom functionality, or custom development
• E-commerce and online store features
• Booking and scheduling software integration
• Strategy calls, consulting sessions, and dedicated design consultations
• Extra revision rounds beyond the 2 included pre-launch rounds
• Free domain name registration
• External inspiration website references and custom design based on third-party sites

6. Hosting

The $59 per month Managed Website Plan begins at the time your website launches. Your plan includes:

• Managed cloud hosting on TeamAir AI servers
• SSL security certificate
• Daily backups
• Performance monitoring
• Website uptime monitoring
• Basic technical hosting support

The hosting plan does not include ongoing website edits, new pages, custom design work, content updates, strategy sessions, integrations, or feature requests. Hosting is month-to-month with no long-term contract required.

7. Domain Names

Domain names are not included in the Managed Website Plan. Customers may use an existing domain they already own, or TeamAir AI can register and manage a domain separately for an additional annual fee.

8. Website Migration

The free professional website is provided in exchange for hosting with TeamAir AI. If you request to migrate or transfer your website to another provider before completing 12 consecutive months of hosting, a $500 migration fee applies. This fee helps recover the investment of building your website at no upfront cost and covers the work required to package and transfer your website. After 12 consecutive months of hosting, migration or export requests may still require a technical service fee depending on the scope of work involved.

9. Optional AI Upgrades

TeamAir AI offers optional AI-powered upgrades that you can add to your website at any time. These are entirely optional and separate from the free website build and standard hosting plan:

• AI Website Chat Agent: $100 per month. Adds an intelligent chatbot to your website that handles customer questions, captures leads, and provides instant responses 24/7.
• AI Voice Assistant: $199 per month, including up to 100 voice minutes. Provides an AI-powered phone assistant that can handle inbound calls, answer questions, and book appointments. Additional voice minutes and SMS messages are billed separately at published rates.

AI add-ons can be added or removed at any time. Pricing for additional usage beyond the included amounts will be communicated before charges are applied.

10. Payments and Cancellation

The Managed Website Plan is billed at $59 per month starting from your website launch date. The plan is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time. If you cancel and request migration before completing 12 consecutive months, the $500 migration fee applies as described in Section 8. Optional AI add-ons are billed separately and can be cancelled independently of your Managed Website Plan.

11. Your Content and Branding

You retain ownership of your domain name, logo, business content, and brand assets. TeamAir AI manages the hosting and website platform. The content you provide for your website remains your property.

12. Limitation of Liability

TeamAir AI provides the website build and hosting services on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to deliver quality work and reliable hosting, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, internet disruptions, or actions taken by third parties.

13. Client Legal Page Responsibility

TeamAir AI may provide standard Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions page templates as part of a free website build. These templates are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice.

The client is responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and maintaining the accuracy of their own Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, SMS consent language, AI disclosure language, cookie disclosures, and any other legal or compliance notices required for their business, industry, location, or customers.

TeamAir AI is not responsible for determining whether a client's legal pages satisfy all applicable laws, regulations, licensing rules, industry requirements, or privacy obligations. Clients should consult a qualified legal professional if they require legal advice.

For businesses using AI chatbot, AI voice assistant, call tracking, SMS messaging, analytics, booking tools, payment tools, or third-party integrations, additional privacy, consent, disclosure, and compliance language may be required.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our hosting services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
